The Louisiana State Appaloosa Club held their Spring Family Trail Ride on Saturday, May 16, 2009 at Gum Springs Horse Trail, near Winnfield, Louisiana. This was a beautiful place to ride, camp, and enjoy a delicious cook out. Everyone had a great time, and enjoyed gorgeous forest scenery. If you want to have a great family outing, make plans to attend one of our trail rides. LSAC will hold a fall trail ride at Camp Cane in October, 2009. Continue to watch the web site for more information.

Many thanks to Ben & Liza Bruce, their family, and everyone who helped for all their hard work putting on this trail ride.

It was hot enough for a dip in the lake!

After a long ride & lunch, it was time for rest!
